Dr. Wayne Hogan has been practicing Chiropractic in Mechanicville, NY for 26 years. His practice is varied, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, from couch potatoes to weekend warriors to world class athletes, striving always to maximize human potential.

Applied Kinesiology

Dr. Hogan uses the principles of Applied Kinesiology as his diagnostic tool box in determining the best way to understand the cause of a body's dysfunction, restoring normal structural mechanics and functional operation so that the body is free to heal itself as it should. Combining the best of the Old-Fashioned Chiropractic "Adjustment", with the best of modern functional evaluation and manual muscle testing techniques gives Dr. Hogan the most complete alternative/complimentary approach he can find.

Neural Organization Technique (NOT)
 
From Dr. George Goodheart's original discoveries in 1965, the healing art utilizing specific muscle testing to evaluate and treat the functional disturbances of the body  has flourished and grown.

Many other techniques are integrated into Dr. Hogan's overall approach to improving the wellness of the body, including the allergy desentitization work of Dr. Michael Liebowitz, the physiological work of Dr. Wally Schmitt, the new Cranial Nerve Technique, and others.

Dr. Hogan integrates ideas and techniques from several of the leading teachers in the field of Applied Kinesiology to present the most complete system for healing on all body levels that he is capable of at this time.

Based on the work of Brooklyn chiropractor, Dr. Carl Ferrerri, the technique approach of NOT works to restore all basic survival reflex patterned function to normal.

Dr. Hogan incorporates the teachings of Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, using blood type as a dietary guide.
